ONA Marine were recently awarded and completed a full subsea mooring integrity review scope for a valued marine operator after the location experienced mooring failures due to a lack of maintenance and adequate integrity activities.
The client chose ONA due to our extensive experience in the design, maintenance and management of deep-sea moorings and in particular those that are located around Australia, regional territories and neighbours in the Indian and North Pacific oceans.
ONA were able to identify failures in the original baseline integrity, directly responsible for recent and likely ongoing failures and assess the remaining available capacity in the system. Remaining capacity was fundamental to our client interests to establish a robust basis for future temporary mooring operations.
